WEX helps millions of people get more value from their health and financial benefits. Our Health & Benefits business powers HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA, lifestyle benefits, and modern consumer health experiences for employers, consultants, and administrators nationwide.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Product Marketing Manager to help us tell the story of how WEX simplifies benefits and makes it easier for people to pay for healthcare.
This is the perfect role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s curious about customers, excited about technology, and eager to learn the craft of product marketing. You’ll support messaging, research, enablement, and GTM coordination—learning directly from experienced PMMs while making real impact from day one.
Assist in drafting value propositions, product one-pagers, and internal/external decks that make our benefits products easier to understand and explain.
Help turn complex topics (HSA rules, consumer payments, employer admin needs) into simple, customer-centered messages.
Help create and maintain sales tools—playbooks, slides, talking points, competitive summaries—that support brokers, consultants, and employer-facing reps.
Keep product content accurate, accessible, and grounded in what real users and buyers care about.
Partner with product, sales, and marketing to keep launches and ongoing GTM initiatives on track.
Manage calendars, timelines, checklists, and content flow to ensure smooth execution.
Organize competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and product usage data to uncover patterns and surface takeaways.
Use Google Sheets, dashboards, and research tools to connect dots and help the team make better decisions.
Experiment with AI tools to support research, content creation, and pattern identification—while maintaining a high editorial bar.
Help the team move faster without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
We’re not looking for someone with deep product marketing experience—we’re looking for someone who wants to build it.
0–2 years of experience in product marketing, marketing analytics, consulting, operations, or customer-facing roles (internships count).
Exposure to SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or benefits administration is a plus, not a requirement.
Strong communicator—written and verbal—with an ability to make complex ideas simple.
Curious and resourceful—you ask smart questions and love understanding how things work.
Comfortable with spreadsheets—data informs your thinking, not intimidates you.
Organized and reliable—you keep projects moving and people aligned.
Interested in product marketing as a craft, not just a job title.
Excited to learn from customer insights and help influence GTM strategy.
