The Need

For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Project Administrator, Brand Partnerships to support operations, data management, event and campaign coordination and administration that enable the Brand Partnerships team to raise critical revenue and awareness through partnerships with pro athletes, music artists, influencers, events, brands and thought leaders.
 

This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. It reports to Director of Brand Partnerships, Global Marketing and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead logistical execution as needed for Brand Partnerships events, including vendor sourcing and payments, shipping, contracts, schedules and other logistics;

  • Travel in person to events as needed to execute logistics;

  • Support campaign and event activation to enable fundraising and grow brand awareness;

  • Maintain operations systems across the donor and partner cultivation pipelines that help the team run with efficiency;

  • Build and maintain data reporting systems and dashboards to visualize team results;

  • Manage data entry initiatives to ensure accurate and timely reporting of partnership results;

  • Organize partnerships portfolio and project data into reports and dashboards to visualize results and enable ongoing performance monitoring;

  • Serve as the team’s expert on how data is organized and stored, and lead team-wide processes for data entry and management;

  • Draft and manage regular portfolio-wide communications and relationship touchpoints like holiday mailings;

  • Report on team-wide goals and ensure accuracy of acquisition data across campaigns and events;

  • Communicate all-team deadlines and milestones and track progress against group goals;

  • Draft teamwide policies and processes that support the Brand Partnerships workstream;

  • Conduct Salesforce training for relationship manager onboarding;

  • Conduct teamwork trainings for project associate onboarding;

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase requests, vendor setup documentation, and tracking contract-related paperwork through the appropriate approval processes;

  • Manage team document filing systems for contracts, invoices and project documents;

  • Support the Director of Brand Partnerships with calendar and expense management;

  • Execute projects for operational gaps or new initiatives that enable work across Brand Partnerships; and

  • Participation in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of operations, project management or events experience;

  • 2+ years of brand or marketing experience preferred;

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communication, marketing, business, etc.);

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines;

  • Salesforce experience preferred;

  • Understanding of platforms (digital, web, print, event) utilized for marketing;

  • Strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Ability to travel up to 20%; and

  • Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed.

*What is a statement of faith?
A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM.
