Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (experience in US law firm is preferred)

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

Take accurate messages and relay them to attorneys and staff.

Schedule consultations and appointments.

Respond to basic client inquiries professionally.

Maintain call logs and communication records.

Assist with email and calendar management as needed.

Provide a positive and professional first impression for all callers.

Support general administrative tasks related to client communication.
Hard Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Professional phone etiquette.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Comfortable using VOIP systems and scheduling software.

Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.

Appointment scheduling experience.

Previous remote work experience.
Schedule:

9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
