What You'll Do
In this role, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for families, helping them understand and navigate their benefits with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Present and explain benefit options through virtual meetings

Accurately complete and manage required documentation

Build strong, ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up

Work closely with team members to improve client experience and workflow
What We're Looking For

Must be legally eligible to work in US or Canada

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

Experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred
