The Gainey Agency is recruiting for a remote Client Support Agent to serve clients in the Nashville, TN area. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity within the financial services sector. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role that includes training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance.

What you’ll do

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products.
• Provide general education on life insurance options and related protection products.
• Assist clients in identifying coverage that meets their needs.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients. (Leads may be provided; no cold-calling requirement.)
