Accountabilities
- Create effective test strategies for mission-critical services
- Write and execute comprehensive test plans for both UI and backend services
- Maintain and enhance automated test coverage for products
- Ensure continuous testing and monitoring of product functionality
- Validate that final products meet user expectations and requirements
- Investigate and debug issues as reported by team members
- Process product reviews and communicate defects to the development team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP, Databases, and APIs
- Hands-on experience with web application automated testing
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright
- Meticulous, proactive, and diligent approach to QA processes
- Experience in mobile testing and familiarity with third-party tools like Salesforce and Hubspot
- Capability in test data management and test case management
