DescriptionSome of what you will do:
The Representative, Print Sales Support, manages the intake and quoting of print business referrals submitted online, Staples Canada store teams and Staples Professional. This role ensures prompt and accurate quoting, qualifies leads for routing to the print sales teams, and helps create a smooth customer experience. This position is critical in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and professional support. The Representative is a key liaison between store teams and sales, ensuring that every referral is handled precisely and carefully.
Specifically, You Will:
- Receive and process print business referrals from multiple channels, including retail, professional and online
- Prepare accurate quotes using approved tools and templates
- Assess lead quality and determine appropriate routing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and quoting systems
- Identify and escalate issues impacting quoting or referral routing
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve quoting workflows and reduce turnaround time
- Monitor and report on quoting volume, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators
Some of what you need:
- College diploma or equivalent experience in business or related field
- Additional certifications in sales operations, customer success, or print production are a plus
- 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or print industry roles
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an asset
- Prior exposure to B2B sales or quoting processes preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce preferred)
