We are looking for a results oriented professional with the desire to achieve success through people, quality, and hospitality. This
position will be responsible for menu programming for our POS & digital menu platforms. This role will spearhead the cross-department work flows for menu management. Work as an integral member of an existing technical support team. Restaurant Technology Analyst will be expected to wear multiple hats, seek out opportunities to make bartaco and themselves better every day, and in general, be a good team player!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Menu management of items and price changes on our POS (Toast), online ordering (Olo + Deliverect), and contactless Dine In (One Dine + sunday) platforms, as well as updates and maintenance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Analytics to gather requirements for menus and promotional programming
- Maintain and update the organizational platform for centralized menu management
- Research ways to continually improve POS operations
- Assist with configuration and support for the restaurant technology systems for NROs
- Be a cross-functional collaborator to leverage technology in customer and internal facing applications
- Provide feedback, suggestions, and decisions on specific needs for continual process improvement
- Able to manage and perform assigned tasks effectively, work together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and act professionally within the workplace and with clients.
- Maintain a good knowledge of existing and future software and hardware products.
- Provide backup support to IT Team for basic networking, connectivity, email, and user support
- Provide both on and off-site support, telephone support, and remote access support for hardware and software for our Restaurants and RSC.
- Be able to create effective documentation, including preparation of training outlines.
- Analyze, review, and alter systems, programs and applications to increase operating efficiencies.
