Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and technology-driven Sales Administrator to support our Asia Pacific sales operations.
This role sits at the centre of our sales team, ensuring our CRM data, prospect lists, and sales processes run smoothly while leveraging AI-powered prospecting tools and automation platforms to identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines strong CRM administration skills with modern AI-enabled sales technology experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM
Maintain and administer our CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Ensure high data accuracy across contacts, accounts, and pipeline opportunities.
Manage sales pipeline reporting and dashboards.
Support the sales team with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
AI-Powered Prospecting
Use advanced AI prospecting platforms and automation tools to identify target companies.
Build structured prospect databases across Asia Pacific markets.
Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment platforms, and website analysis tools to identify decision-makers.
Analyse company websites and digital signals to determine business growth and prospect suitability.
Data Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct market research across APAC industries and sectors.
Prepare prospecting lists aligned with sales strategy.
Maintain high-quality datasets to support sales campaigns.
Sales Support
Coordinate meetings, proposals, and documentation.
Assist with preparation of presentations and sales materials.
Maintain records of customer interactions within the CRM.
Skills & Experience
Essential
3–5 years experience in Sales Administration or Sales Operations
Strong CRM administration skills (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
Strong organisational and communication skills
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven prospecting tools
Experience with data enrichment platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
Familiarity with automation tools or web scraping technologies
