The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administration of one or more 3rd party applications within the portfolio. They will develop, document, implement and maintain their application(s) and new workflows, use cases, standards and processes.
Designs and delivers and clearly articulates technical solutions utilizing one or more application platforms that meet both needs of the business while ensuring compliance to our established processes (e.g. change control, SDLC, etc.).
Manages the administration, support and training for one or more application.
Provides ongoing communications and training for one or more application.
Executes rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
Ensures that the applications and configurations comply with company security policies.
Collaborates with cross-organizational teams and departments to implement/improve application adoption and utilization across the business.
Builds new integrations/connectors for one or more applications, e.g. data feeds, data loads, etc.
Participates in On-Call duties as needed to support their assigned applications.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintaining fluency with, Salesforce query, and Salesforce Search language (SOQL and SOSL).
The Salesforce Admin will support the senior Salesforce Developers and Business Analyst as needed.
Developing and configuring solutions using Salesforce functionality/Lightning Components (AURA and LWC), APEX, Visualforce Pages, SOQL, and SOSL, etc.
Well-experienced with usage of Salesforce APIs (bulk API, Metadata API), Web Services (SOAP, REST), AppExchange and 3rd party installations, configurations, and integrations.
Reviewing and providing feedback on technical implementations and documents and ensures that Salesforce best-practices and standards are followed.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation including process documentation, naming, and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.
Participating in the full application life cycle - design, development, testing, and deployment.
Assisting in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments.
