We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and elevate our brand presence in the market. This is a high-impact role for a creative, analytical, and hands-on marketer who can translate complex technology offerings into clear, compelling stories that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth for Oracle-related services and solutions.
- Own digital channels — including website content placement, SEM, Content Syndication, LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media — to ensure consistent messaging and measurable performance.
- Plan and manage demand generation campaigns, collaborating closely with sales and Oracle alliance teams to align content and targeting .
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to build nurture programs, track conversions, and optimize ROI.
- Utilize AI Tools like Jasper, Clearscope, Gamma to build marketing content.
- Analyze campaign performance and digital KPIs, providing actionable insights to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with Oracle, including event participation, joint campaigns, and lead sharing.
- Event Attendance In collaboration with sales and the event’s team drive event attendance via email and paid promotion.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B technology, consulting, or enterprise software sectors.
- Proven track record managing integrated digital campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, content marketing, content, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience working with Oracle or other major enterprise technology ecosystems preferred.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
