Description

Icertis is looking for a senior leader in product marketing who embraces AI-first approaches to messaging, content creation, and product launches. This is a high impact role, partnering closely with sales leaders and product management.  

This high visibility role reports to the CVP of Marketing, with regular interactions with the C-suite. While it is based out of the US (Seattle preferred), it demands cross-time-zone agility with the India based teams.  

This role will require you to build GTM strategy jointly with the business & product teams, create impactful messaging for the top Icertis solutions and the related downstream contentThis role will drive some of the vertical solutions that Icertis offers & continues to build upon. 

The ideal candidate will not only bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in messaging, storytelling, and content creation, but they are expected to be an AI-first marketer. As an AI-first marketer, they have experimented with using AI in their craft and brings a POV on how best to use it to scale the multiple demands of product marketing. Icertis is at a unique point in its journey – at the sweet spot of operating like a startup but with the intention of building processes to scale up to be a $1B company. As such, the right person for this role will have the required hustle to get things done – with a focus on outcomes vs output. This is a player-coach role and will need you to not only coach the team but also run your own projects.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy & activities for other vertical solutions jointly with the business & product teams. 

  • Be an AI-first thinker, leader, & doer. 

  • Own creation of messaging and downstream content to tell the stories that will drive unique value prop.

  • Craft captivating collateral: presentations, whitepapers, blogs, demos, videos that wow and convert. 

  • Deliver razor-sharp competitive intel and messaging to accelerate sales wins. 

  • Fuel sales enablement with training and tools to speed up deals and customer growth. 

  • Team up cross-functionally within marketing on demand generation, launches, and insights for executive decisions. 



Qualifications
  • 12+ years in enterprise SaaS product marketing. 

  • Growth mindset is a requirement with the ability to learn and master new technologies. 

  • Track record of driving successful product launches and scaling go-to-market motions. 

  • Outstanding storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills. 

  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with a global perspective. 

  • Proven ability & willingness to work across time zones - especially Seattle (US HQ) and Bangalore. 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. 

     

Salary range and description

Min $220,000 - Max $300,000 USD per year

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
