Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, assessments, job aids, and multimedia content.
  • Transform existing briefs, presentations, and source materials into polished, interactive, and behavior-driven learning assets.
  • Collaborate with enablement teams to convert curriculum strategies into scalable and field-ready training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across sales, product marketing, and operations teams to gather, structure, and validate learning content.
  • Build visually compelling and interactive courses using Articulate Rise and other tools within the Articulate 360 suite.
  • Script, produce, and edit microlearning videos designed to reinforce product knowledge, sales skills, and operational processes.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM to ensure measurable learning outcomes and strong learner engagement.
  • Manage and maintain learning content within LMS platforms to provide seamless learner experiences.
  • Develop scenario-based learning programs, certifications, quizzes, and knowledge assessments aligned with real-world workflows and business needs.
  • Continuously update and improve existing content to reflect evolving products, messaging, and organizational priorities.
  • Support live enablement sessions by creating facilitator guides, presentation materials, and supporting resources.
  • Analyze engagement data and learning metrics to optimize content effectiveness and improve learner outcomes over time.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or enablement roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven ability to transform raw materials, briefs, and presentations into engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Articulate Rise and the broader Articulate 360 suite.
  • Experience creating and producing microlearning videos, including scripting, recording, and light editing.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning content management systems; experience with modern LMS solutions is highly valued.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of sales processes, go-to-market functions, and sales enablement strategies is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing learning experiences for remote, hybrid, and global audiences across different time zones.
  • Creative mindset combined with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $170,000 annually, with higher ranges available in select U.S. locations.
  • Equity participation opportunities as part of the total compensation package.
  • Unlimited paid vacation policy supporting work-life balance and flexibility.
  • 401(k) plan with guaranteed employer contribution.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Paid parental leave benefits.
  • Wellness stipend to support personal well-being and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
  • Home office stipend for remote work setup and productivity support.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility across the United States.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture focused on innovation, growth, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunity to work with globally distributed teams and contribute to the future of analytics engineering and AI-driven data practices.
