The Senior Vice President, Funding and Dealer Support provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all funding and dealer support activities. This role ensure compliant, efficient loan funding processes while delivering a superior dealer experience. The Senior Vice President drives continuous improvement, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and aligns departmental strategies with organizational goals to support growth and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

  • Provide executive leadership for Funding and Dealer Support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and dealer experience standards. 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including departmental KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive programs. 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and people leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth. 

  • Serve as a catalyst for modernization and continuous improvement, ensuring processes remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. 

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of funding documents from receipt through loan purchase. 

  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency and regulatory compliance. 

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and efficiency gains across departments and through cross-functional collaboration. 

  • Lead dealer support operations, ensuring a centralized, one-stop support model and delivery of a white-glove dealer experience. 

  • Assess and continuously improve dealer support practices, verification processes, and service metrics to enhance dealer satisfaction and operational performance. 

  • Resolve complex or escalated funding and dealer-related issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes while reinforcing strong dealer relationships. 

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • 12 years of progressive experience in operations, funding, or related functions. 

  • 7 years of people management required

  • 3 years of financial industry experience required

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and manage change effectively 

  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with operational systems and workflow tools. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.

This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
