Settlement Solutions Data & Complex Project Management Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to lead data & complex project workstreams, focusing on pension risk transfer initiatives, including annuity purchases, plan terminations, and data assessments, but extending to complex retirement projects involving multiple workstreams and lines of business. This role involves end-to-end project management, technical skills, financial oversight, client engagement, and mentoring of junior team members. The ideal candidate will also support operational and sales activities, contributing to pricing, pipeline management, and financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data workstream for annuity purchases, plan terminations, data assessments and remediations, including project management, financial management, client communication, and review and presentation of results
• Solution and plan for complex retirement projects that involve multiple workstreams and internal teams.
• Utilize technical and analytical skills to create solutions and project plans complete work that leverage junior team members 
• Mentor and train others regarding data workstreams for derisking transactions
• Assist with operational support and sales, including pricing projects, managing pipeline, and overall financial review.

The Requirements

• Strong background in pension risk transfer, pension administration or actuarial consulting.
• Proven experience in data management, project leadership, and client communication.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and financial acumen.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 USD per year.

The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
