We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supplier Quality Lead to spearhead our initiative in managing supplier quality and overseeing monetary claims related to the cost of poor quality and additional inspections. This role is crucial for aligning supplier operations with our quality standards and financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supplier quality management, demonstrate strong financial acumen, effectively communicate with senior management, have a big picture strategic mindset, handle multiple priorities, influence, and solve complex problems.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $108,000 - $135,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $108,000 - $135,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
