Sr. Director Network Administration (Remote - US Base)

We are seeking an experienced network leader to oversee and advance enterprise network operations across the Americas. This role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and team leadership to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of corporate and cloud networks. The successful candidate will manage a team of network engineers, define network strategies, implement innovative solutions, and drive network standardization and compliance. This position requires collaboration with global teams, vendors, and business units to deliver high-quality network services that support business operations and client needs. The role offers significant influence over enterprise network architecture and the opportunity to shape technical direction in a complex, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead the design, implementation, and management of wired, wireless, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, and cloud network infrastructure across the Americas region.

·         Ensure network availability, reliability, security, and performance standards are met.

·         Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and configuration standards.

·         Manage, mentor, and provide technical direction for a team of network engineers.

·         Collaborate with business units and global IT teams to deliver strategic technical solutions.

·         Oversee network technology roadmap, infrastructure upgrades, and facility builds/remodels.

·         Provide Level 3 network support and coordinate responses to urgent operational issues.

·         Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including architecture, compliance, and changes.

·         Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI modeling for network projects.

·         Stay current with emerging network technologies, trends, and compliance requirements.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·         5+ years managing large, complex enterprise networks and leading technical projects.

·         Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, SDWAN, and cloud network technologies.

·         Experience managing Cisco, Zscaler, Citrix, Palo Alto, F5, or similar enterprise network equipment.

·         CCNA or CCNP certification preferred; experience with SDN and cloud environments a plus.

·         Proven ability to design, architect, and maintain large-scale enterprise networks.

·         Experience mentoring network engineers and managing cross-functional teams.

·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to be on-call as needed and travel intermittently.
