As the Sr. Human Resources Director supporting the Supply Chain organization, you will:

Adapt and scale our HR programs to align with our evolving business landscape. Inspire action and lead multiple strategic HR initiatives like a pro.
Partner with senior leaders to proactively tackle workforce planning, succession planning, capability building, and talent pipeline needs.
Lead the transformation of HR strategies to keep up with changing business and industry trends.
Coach and advise senior leaders on complex HR and business priorities, influencing business outcomes with your expertise and genuine relationships.
Engage in coaching, development, and succession planning for high-potential talent.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive experience in HR, or a Master’s degree and at least 13 years of progressive experience in HR, with exposure to high-performing organizations, including HR best practices
Nice to Have
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain functions gained through cross-functional business experience
Strong analytical, project management, and execution skills
Well-honed analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to communicate with impact and create authentic and trusting relationships to influence clients, especially related to organizational planning & design.
Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to accomplish work through others, including leading project teams. Demonstrated experience in initiating and leading change, including modeling the importance, motivating others, managing the key drivers of change, and overcoming obstacles
Experience in a global, matrix management structure within the supply chain. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders
Ability and willingness to travel 25-40% of the time.
