The purpose of the Systems Administrator will provide premier end-user experience to all Toptracer technology support issues, teaming up with all areas of the business to appropriately record, investigate, escalate to vendor support, and ultimately resolve technical issues on behalf of our venues. This role is responsible for more complex technical issues and is expected to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
• Provide application specific technical support related to the Toptracer technology at the venues.
• Act as an escalation point for technical issues impacting our venue operations.
• Set and pursue aggressive goals for multiple project initiatives simultaneously to provide ongoing system improvements.
• Document solutions for knowledge base and provide ongoing training to junior level playmakers.
5+ - Technical Support or equivalent support environment
5+ - Progressive experience in the IT field
3+ - Previous experience with Dell Wyse Management Suite, VMware Horizon and VDI
3+ - Basic knowledge of networking troubleshooting
3+ Previous experience with Observe or equivalent monitoring tools
