Technical Business Analyst( Remote from Poland)

This is a remote position.

• Lead requirement gathering and create necessary documentation for multiple integration projects.
  
• Create and maintain Jira epics and stories.
  
• Coordinate and analyze documentation between different groups to ensure traceable dependencies.
  
• Support projects end-to-end through delivery and development phases.
  
• Facilitate alignment across different verticals while working closely with a designated Project Manager.
  
• Operate with a high level of independence, dedicating roughly 70% of the time to BA tasks and up to 30% to system analyst functionalities.
  
• Balance and dynamically support multiple short-term projects simultaneously, which typically range from 3 to 10+ months in duration.
  

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of Business Analyst experience supporting technical enterprise-level projects and integrations.
  
•  Proven experience working with open APIs, JSON, different payloads, and associated technical documentation.
  
•  Strong familiarity with Agile practices and extensive experience working in Jira.
  
• Direct experience working within a regulated, compliance-heavy environment.\
  
• Demonstrated ability to map business processes, process flows, transaction flows, system diagrams, and interactions.
  
• Communicative English 

• Experience in the gaming and lottery industries.
  
• Familiarity with the specific platforms used by the company.
  
• Experience with SQL or SAFe methodologies.
