Your Contribution
As our UI/UX Design Agency partner, you'll be critical in reimagining how users engage with our digital platforms. We want your creativity and technical expertise to play a vital role in enhancing user interactions, ensuring they are not only functional but also enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications, incorporating animation and motion design to create dynamic interactions.
- Develop engaging gamification strategies that enhance user motivation and adherence, utilizing elements such as rewards and progress tracking.
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs that are highly accessible and user-friendly.
- Prototype designs that are rigorously tested for usability, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).
- Utilize rapid design tools and methodologies to produce high-quality outputs in short timeframes, ideally fostering iterative feedback cycles with our stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to align on design strategies and create a shared vision for user experiences across various platforms.
Who You Are
- You are a seasoned UI/UX Design Agency with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design, animation, and gamification principles.
- You have experience in creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- You possess excellent communication skills, adept at articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
- You have a solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices within UI/UX.
Requirements - Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a portfolio that includes projects emphasizing animation, motion design, and gamification.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2), and user-centered design methodologies.
- Ability to present and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
