Accountabilities:
- Lead and conduct user research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods, translating findings into actionable design insights
- Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment across all project phases
- Create and refine complex workflows, navigation systems, and intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and engagement
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UX frameworks, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards, validating solutions through testing and feedback loops
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UX practices, staying current with industry trends and emerging methodologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and user-centered design work
- Proven expertise in user research methods, usability testing, and translating insights into effective design solutions
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, including design systems, components, and prototyping capabilities
- Experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Bootstrap) and experience working closely with developers
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices; experience in healthcare or data-driven environments is a plus
