Job Description:
The Legal Support Specialist role with Job Duck offers the opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a growing legal practice focused on delivering high-quality estate planning services. This position supports daily legal operations through precise document preparation, accurate data management, and consistent system organization. You will contribute directly to ensuring legal documents are polished, records are reliable, and internal workflows remain efficient. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys focused, detail-driven work and takes ownership of accuracy and follow-through. • Compensation Range: $1,150 to $1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support internal workflows by ensuring systems remain current
Follow established procedures to uphold document and data quality standards
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital client records
Track tasks, project progress, and time spent per client or matter
Enter and update client and matter data accurately within the CRM
Draft estate planning documents within the Wealth Counsel system
Format drafted legal documents to ensure accuracy and print readiness using Microsoft Word
Requirements:
Required Skills
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a legal or administrative support role
• High English proficiency with strong written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify small errors
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization
• Ability to manage repetitive and accuracy-driven work
• Clear communication with internal team members
• Reliable time management and accountability
