Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person to support our Paralegal in managing her legal caseload. This role involves high-level administrative and analytical support throughout the litigation process, with a strong emphasis on discovery, calendar management, and coordination with legal teams.

Schedule: 8:30AM - 05:30PM PST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of Paralegal cases

Ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks

Maintain and monitor Paralegal's calendar

Tracking critical deadlines and scheduling key meetings

Conduct thorough reviews of case materials during the discovery phase, identifying inconsistencies, errors, and relevant issues

Analyze medical records and scheduling data to uncover discrepancies and support case strategy

Provide proactive reminders and follow-ups to ensure deadlines and tasks are met

Collaborate closely with Paralegal and litigation case managers to facilitate communication and case progress

Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and case files.


Qualifications:

Strong experience in legal discovery and case review. (At least 2 years)

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Familiarity with legal processes and medical documentation is a plus.
