Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Assist with electronic health record management and data entry.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and maintain medical documentation and reports.
- Support billing and insurance verification processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in various administrative tasks to enhance office productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a medical assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Certification in medical assisting is a plus.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
