Intelligent Technology, LLC, a Wood River Federal company, is seeking an Acquisition Management Support Analyst who will provide comprehensive acquisition and program management support to senior-level personnel within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This role is critical to ensuring effective planning, execution, and oversight of acquisition-related activities in support of cybersecurity and IT programs. This job is contingent upon contract award.
Job Duties:
- Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level personnel.
- Develop and maintain acquisition documentation such as:
- Mission Needs Statements (MNS)
- Operational Requirements Documents (ORD)
- Capability Production Documentation (CPD)
- Create and manage:
- Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Accounting Classification Reference Numbers (ACRN)
- Track and report:
- Labor hours
- Fully burdened rates
- Other Direct Costs (ODCs)
- Program status and health
- Conduct cost estimation and budget forecasting.
- Analyze program performance using tools like:
- Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT)
- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Support Integrated Project Team (IPT) onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Ability to manage records and perform business research analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
- Familiarity with acquisition lifecycle documentation and reporting.
- Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
- Secret clearance is not required, but highly preferred.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years of experience in acquisition and program management.
- Experience must include:
- Development of acquisition documentation.
- Creation of testing/validation criteria.
- Implementation of corrective action systems.
- Program monitoring and evaluation.
- Cost estimation and financial analysis.
- Preparation of program status reports.
- Experience working with or leading teams in a DoD or federal environment.
