Mission Recruiting is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our centralized Sales Support Team. We’re the team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes so our recruiters and sales folks can focus on clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do
Keep shared inboxes and daily tasks organized and moving
Support recruiters and business development with day-to-day needs
Respond to candidate and job inquiries
Help post, update, and manage job listings
Enter and route candidate information in our systems
Handle forms, documents, and internal requests
Answer incoming calls and emails
Jump into daily team huddles to align on priorities
Schedule & Pay
W-2, non-exempt role
Full-time, 40 hours per week (no part-time, please)
Monday–Friday, aligned to Pacific Time
Hourly pay: $22–$24, based on experience
Clock in/out with a consistent daily schedule
What We’re Looking For
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Comfortable working across multiple systems
Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools
CRM or ATS experience is a plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
