Daily Tasks:
⢠Respond to basic member and client email enquiries, providing timely and professional support
⢠Manage diaries, including booking meetings, events, and appointments as required
⢠Assist with updating and maintaining contract templates for new members and clients
⢠Accurately enter and update member and client details within the CRM or database
⢠Ensure onboarding and email journeys are triggered correctly for new contacts
⢠Support general administrative tasks, data entry, and ad hoc projects as required
Working Schedule:
⢠You can work either Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 3:00pm or Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 3:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time
