We’re looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to help us maintain smooth operations, organized systems, and exceptional service for our clients and internal teams.
The Role
As our Administrative Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects and communications running efficiently. You’ll support daily administrative tasks, assist with scheduling and documentation, and help coordinate between clients, project managers, and field teams. Your work will ensure that every project runs smoothly and every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and project documentation to ensure timely coordination.
- Respond to client and partner inquiries via email or chat with clarity and professionalism.
- Support new client onboarding by assisting with documentation and process guidance.
- Track project updates and assist with reporting and administrative follow-up.
- Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate them appropriately for timely resolution.
- Keep detailed records of communications, schedules, and key project details.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to support operations.
