As part of our operations team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting IT initiatives, process enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Administrator, National Operations Process documents enhancements, resolves operational issues, and provides day-to-day process administration across multiple business units. You’ll support IT initiatives, including NetSuite enhancements, assist with onboarding, gather employee feedback, and ensure consistency and quality across operational workflows. This role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to driving efficiency and process improvement.
