About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated AI Launchpad Associate (Marketing) to join our AI Launchpad Scheme - a graduate-style programme designed to develop future AI professionals across Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Engineering. 

In this placement, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the marketing mix – from CRM and data analytics, to content, events and social campaigns. You’ll work closely with experienced mentors, helping to shape how we tell our story, attract new customers, and position ICS.AI as the market leader in AI for the public sector.  

By the end of the programme, you’ll have built a strong foundation in digital marketing, data-driven decision making, campaign management, and the role AI can play in improving marketing efficiencies and outcomes, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.  

Key Responsibilities

• Campaigns and Lead Generation – help deliver and track campaigns that reach and engage prospective customers  
• Data-Driven Marketing – manage data and segmentation, monitor trends, and manage dashboards that shape decisions  
• Marketing and Leadership Reporting – help prepare engaging reports and KPIs that demonstrate effectiveness
• Market Intelligence – track competitors and sector developments to keep our marketing sharp and relevant
• Internal Communications – help coordinate messaging and campaigns that connect and engage our teams
• Creative Input - bring fresh ideas to improve how we market, communicate, and innovate  
• Content Marketing – support with the production and execution of engaging content across channels  
• Brand Storytelling – contribute ideas and content that strengthen our brand across channels  
• Performance Insights – analyse social media, website, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights  
• Events Coordination – assist in the planning and running of internal and external events 

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong interest in marketing, digital communications and AI  
• Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards  
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (desirable)
• Creativity and an AI-native mindset
• Relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience 
• Curiosity and adaptability with a willingness to learn quickly  
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
