The role:

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator with exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing business. We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated self-starter who likes a busy environment and who can bring good administrative practices and skills to the role. You achieve job satisfaction from establishing or improving processes and staying one step ahead of what’s needed. You like liaising widely with internal and external stakeholders and you’re driven to deliver client success. You will be able to demonstrate excellent administrative, project management and process improvement skills whilst being able to balance multiple objectives and priorities in order to support your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Map existing processes and take responsibility for improving these, or establishing new ones where necessary, in collaboration with the Commercial Team.

• Help co-ordinate (and attend as required) any internal and external events and provide administrative assistance including issue of calendar invitations, venue/room booking, liaising with guest speakers, circulating agenda, taking meeting minutes and circulation of actions.

• Assisting in the scheduling and administration of resourcing requirements.

• Support the planning and coordination and delivery of our training activities including managing communications between the commercial training team, internal & external stakeholders, including clients and participants as required.

• Keep updated records on learner attendance, surveys, and co-ordination of metrics for key reports and compile client-ready reports and insights. Collate and analyse both qualitative and quantitative feedback from multiple sources with a training programme, compiling these insights into concise summary reports to be presented to clients.

• Support delivery teams on virtual training events by for example; ensuring technology is set up for online events/meetings and provide technical support during events such as administering chat rooms, polls, or other technologies etc ) (e.g. Miro boards)

• Support delivery teams on face-to-face training events by for example; helping to source venues, book and confirm room bookings & travel details, issue of calendar invitations, making sure the delivery team, client, and participants have all the necessary resources for the events (which will include sourcing and printing of materials for example)and helping with the running of the training at the venue as needed.

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of client’s engagement including, but not limited to; answering learner or client queries, administering psychometric assessments, sending invitations, reminders, downloading and sending reports.

• Structure and maintain SharePoint filing and standardised templates and processes, including ensuring the latest copy of workshops saved consistently.

• Help build positive relationships with our clients and the wider Corndel team. You will need to liaise widely inside and outside the business to help the Commercial Team deliver client success.

• Create purchase orders and liaise with finance/accounts team on invoicing and other financial reporting or administration.

• Any other support that is needed for client success.

All of the above interactions and communication will need to be done virtually or face-to-face and by using email, Teams, other technologies as well as making and receiving phone calls. You will be required to attend face-to-face team meetings in London four times/year and occasionally work from the London office as needed to support the team.

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

• You will be a confident user of MS Office tools and other technologies (including Excel, Forms, PowerPoint) and online platforms such as Teams and Zoom. If not proficient in using tools such as Monday.com, PowerBI and others, then with a willingness to learn if needed.

• Have excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. A natural completer finisher, with thoroughness and accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Be a good communicator who listens well, can explain things clearly and presents information in a simple and coherent way.

• Excellent attention to detail with a “get things right first” approach and ability to trouble-shoot using critical thinking skills to navigate through challenges and draw logical conclusions.

• Willingness to work as part of a team and between the different teams within Corndel.

• Ability to work with clients directly in a professional manner with outstanding verbal and written business communication skills. High levels of punctuality, reliability and integrity.

• Proactive with a willingness to take on tasks and responsibilities.
