Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

• Answer incoming provider calls and assist them with questions regarding claim status and other billing concerns.
• Thoroughly document all provider interactions
• Maintain departmental KPI’s, as defined by the Call Center Manager
• Maintain or exceed all departmental and/or campaign SLA’s
• Adhere to all corporate mandatory trainings, privacy and security protocols, time entry requirements, attendance and leave time policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for?

Required skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Health insurance background (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience (required)
