Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle various inquiries efficiently. Previous bill payment and office experience is a plus.

Duties

  • Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients or promote services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools for data entry and documentation.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve client issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work 100% remote in quiet home office with reliable, high-speed Internet access.
  • Full time Spot: Available Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-4pm)
  • PT Spot: Wed, Thurs, Friday 8 pm - 12 am, Saturday 8 am - 5 pm (20 hours)
  • 1st month of training the schedule will be: Monday-Friday (8am-4pm) - about 4 weeks
  • Ability to work on-call shifts and holidays
  • Call center experience preferred but not required.
