We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Planning & Support Specialist to assist with coordinating client plans, organizing logistics, and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process. This role focuses on managing timelines, confirming arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and well-structured client experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning timelines and key milestones for clients
- Organize scheduling details, confirmations, and related documentation
- Support logistics related to meetings, events, and associated arrangements
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools
- Provide consistent, professional communication to clients throughout the process
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using online systems and collaboration tools
- Background in client services, hospitality, administrative support, or coordination is helpful but not required
