⢠Accurately input new client data into ShiftCare, including service agreements, care plans, and participant details
⢠Maintain and regularly update client records to ensure information is current and compliant
⢠Upload and manage documentation such as reports, notes, and supporting files
⢠Monitor data accuracy across the CRM and identify discrepancies or missing information
⢠Liaise with internal team members to obtain required documentation and updates
⢠Ensure confidentiality and compliance with NDIS and privacy standards
