Your Contribution:

 

The Development Operations & Grants Administrator ensures that Development commitments are executed cleanly, compliantly, and on time. This role owns the operational backbone of fundraising, translating strategy, commitments, and agreements into reliable, auditable execution across grants, institutional deposits, and partnerships. 

The role is highly process-driven and detail-oriented, serving as a critical risk-management function and ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. 


 

As a vital member of the LCCU team, your responsibilities include the following:

 

Grant Operations & Compliance 

  • Manage grant calendars, deadlines, and renewal cycles. 
  • Coordinate submission requirements and supporting documentation. 
  • Lead grant compliance, reporting, and close-out activities. 
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready records for all grants and restricted funding sources. 

Institutional Deposit Execution 

  • Coordinate onboarding and execution of institutional deposits in collaboration with Finance, Operations, Legal, and external partners. 
  • Ensure required documentation, approvals, and compliance checkpoints are completed on schedule. 
  • Track deposit terms, maturities, renewals, and reporting obligations. 

Partnership Operations & Tracking 

  • Track partnership agreements, deliverables, and reporting requirements. 
  • Coordinate internal process handoffs to Engagement or other teams for activation. 
  • Maintain centralized records and documentation. 

Process, Governance & Risk Management 

  • Maintain standardized intake, tracking, and handoff tools. 
  • Flag execution risks early and escalate appropriately. 
  • Support internal and external audits, exams, and funder reviews. 
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, finance, public administration, or a related field. 
  • More than 4 years of experience in development operations, grants management, institutional fundraising operations, or a related role. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing grants, restricted funds, and compliance-driven reporting. 
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards. 
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
