Position Summary

Are you a hands-on marketer who loves to build, organize, automate, and optimize? Do you take extreme pride in accuracy, data integrity, and flawless execution?

We're looking for a highly skilled, execution-focused Digital Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and digital infrastructure that power our marketing engine. This role is mission-critical to scaling our marketing efforts—ensuring our website stays up to date, our campaigns run flawlessly, our systems remain reliable, our data is accurate, and our social channels reinforce our brand and message. You'll provide an operational foundation that enables marketing to run faster, smarter, and with greater impact.

Your work will directly influence our ability to generate pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and support strategic company initiatives. If you love building, optimizing, troubleshooting, and strengthening the operational backbone of modern, multi-channel B2B marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the corporate website and landing pages, ensuring responsive design, accessibility, SEO fundamentals, brand consistency, and meticulous QA
  • Build and launch HubSpot campaigns end-to-end with flawless tracking, segmentation, and routing
  • Own digital asset production by creating landing pages, event pages, gated content pages, resource library entries, and promotional banners aligned to brand and UX standards
  • Manage day-to-day execution of corporate social channels, including scheduling, cross-team coordination, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting
  • Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot HubSpot and related martech systems while improving workflow efficiency, routing logic, alerts, and lead scoring
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales Ops on the lead lifecycle (MQL → SAL → SQL), upholding SLA discipline and ensuring strong alignment between Marketing → BDR → Sales
  • Maintain high-quality marketing data through enrichment, deduplication, list hygiene, field mapping, governance, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA standards
  • Build dashboards and deliver insights-driven reporting covering funnel health, campaign performance, attribution, and forecasting inputs
  • Plan, execute, and operationalize webinars and virtual events, including platform setup, speaker coordination, workflows, reminders, follow-up nurtures, and post-event analytics
  • Lead continuous improvement by identifying gaps, reducing friction, streamlining processes, and elevating overall marketing operational maturity
  • Own the marketing request intake and prioritization engine, ensuring clear SLAs, structured workflows, status visibility, and cross-functional alignment on priorities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing automation roles within B2B enterprise software
  • Hands-on mastery of HubSpot (or similar) for workflows, routing, campaigns, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, UTM tagging, attribution, segmentation, and lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and martech integrations
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience building dashboards and performance reports
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels
  • Excellent project management and QA discipline
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience supporting webinars or virtual events from an operations standpoint

Desirable Skills

  • A builder at heart who enjoys creating systems, workflows, and digital experiences that scale
  • A meticulous operator who cares deeply about accuracy, reliability, and data integrity
  • A problem solver who proactively identifies issues and resolves them before they impact execution
  • A systems thinker who thrives in environments where structure, clarity, and process matter
  • A cross-functional partner who collaborates effectively across marketing, sales, and operations
