We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our visionary team and shape the future of real estate technology through exceptional design. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive and immersive digital products and platforms, bringing strategy to life through seamless, user-focused design. As a key creative partner, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to push boundaries, elevate brands, and craft visually stunning, contextually engaging experiences.

Role Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end interactive design projects (websites, apps, or campaigns).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and data-driven design approaches.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital products.
  • Conduct user research, audits, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Translate strategy and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
  • Design responsive, accessible, and conversion-focused interfaces that align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless design implementation.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create interactive assets that enhance campaign performance.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize designs based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, UX principles, and emerging digital technologies.
