Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare operations, or coding, with significant experience in a decision support setting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and driving financial performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Expertise in cost accounting, coding chargemaster, and revenue mapping is preferred.
