DTC Newsletter is looking to bring on an experienced digital marketer with a background in email to assist us in our marketing efforts internally to our 160,000 person list. 

DTC offers many different products including digital marketing courses, in person events, webinars, digital assets and more. This role will focus on selling these products to different segments of our fast growing list, and optimizing the customer lifecycle. 

Because this position is focused on the internal side of the audience, email / SMS, funnel, content creation, and copywriting skills will be prioritized.


WHO ARE WE

DTC Newsletter is the world’s top media source for up to the minute advice and insights about how to grow a DTC brand online.

We put out three issues on a weekly basis, full of fully actionable education about traffic platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok and Google, as well as more strategic things like CRO (conversion rate optimization), product strategy, and more. We also produce a daily newsletter that summarizes, in point form, the best articles of the day.


ABOUT THE POSITION

DTC is looking for someone with a go getter attitude who can help us market to our current audience. You would be working with a small marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies around all of DTCs different product offerings. These types of projects may include writing and sending sales emails, working on landing pages, segmenting our current audience into different groupings, planning webinars, working in our current CRM to set up automations and sales flows and overall advancing DTCs current customer journey in a way that allows DTC to increase overall revenue based on direct product sales.

DTC is currently building out its education sector and those sales funnels will be a major component of this role. You will be in charge of coming up with creative new marketing strategies and sales funnels to sell DTC Education courses to our current list. Experience in selling education is a major asset in this role.



Candidates must: 

  • Email marketing / segmentation experience

  • Funnel and page optimization experience

  • Experience selling digital products

  • Have strong project management skills and be able to balance multiple large projects at the same time. 

  • Experience in sales through a CRM. 

  • Have strong creative writing skills

  • Be data driven

  • Have the ability to work independently 

  • Work well on a team
