Position Summary The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales & Marketing – North America will lead commercial expansion across the U.S. and Canada, driving the business toward $150MM in revenue by 2030. This high-impact role will define the sales strategy, build and develop a top-performing commercial team, and establish a strong foundation for long-term growth in the plastics and additives industry.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the North American sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Build, lead, and scale a commercial team including account managers, product managers, and customer service.

  • Drive strategic account acquisition and management, including multi-site and national agreements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Finance, QA, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Oversee P&L management, pricing strategy, compliance, and long-term commercial performance.

Key Skills

  • Proven ability to scale industrial B2B businesses to $100MM+ in revenues.

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a focus on mentoring and inspiring talent.

  • Deep understanding of thermoplastics processing and the North American plastics ecosystem.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Materials Science required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of senior-level sales and business development experience in plastics, additives, or masterbatch.

  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership, strategic account management, and margin management expertise.

Territory 

North America and Canada 


Location

Remote - Reside anywhere within the United States. Regular travel within North America may be required to meet with clients, attend strategic meetings, and support commercial growth initiatives.

 

Compensation
The role offers a competitive package in the range of total compensation $250,000 - $350,000 per year, combining base salary, performance-based incentives, and long-term growth opportunities.
