Position Description:

The Field Sales Administrator is responsible for generating additional patient referrals and supporting a faster, more efficient patient onboarding process. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Intake, and Clinical teams to ensure pending patients are successfully converted to active patients while strengthening referral source performance.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Proactively manage and convert Pending Incomplete patients into active patients.
  2. Ensure completion of Hardship form requirements
  3. Follow up with physician offices (specifically PCPs) to secure timely CMN completions.
  4. Maintain consistent follow-up to reduce onboarding delays.
  5. Own and allocate potential new clinical referral sources to Account Managers
  6. Analyze referral network data within MedA to identify non-active accounts and drive activation strategies.
  7. Manage and allocate Trella data.
  8. Hold Account Managers accountable for engagement and follow-up on assigned referral sources.
  9. Field clinician calls via the HOTLINE to answer patient-specific questions.
  10. Serve as a liaison between field teams and intake to resolve onboarding barriers.
  11. Support special initiatives and data updates (e.g., Badger updates and other departmental projects)
  12. Maintain Pending Patient Bucket under 400
  13. Achieve Turnaround Time of 5 days or less.
  14. Contribute to measurable growth in active referral sources.
  15. Support improved onboarding efficiency metrics.
  16. Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, and compliance, and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately.
  17. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the leadership.

 

Education/Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in administration, preferred OR any similar combination of education and experience.
  • General knowledge of medical business organization and operations.
  • General knowledge of government and commercial insurance regulations.
  • General computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Ability to professionally interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements:

  • In an 8 hour day the employee lifts/carries 10-50 LBS often.
  • In an 8 hour day the employee stands/walks 1-3 hour.
  • In an 8 hour day the employee sits 7+ hours.

 

Travel Requirements:

Percentage of travel expected to be 5% or less on an annual basis.
