Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Work for a prestigious airline brand across multiple work streams
• Assist passengers with pre and post flight travel-related queries in German and English
• Handle voice calls and written correspondence
• Use airline reservation systems
• Deliver service in a high-pressure, KPI-driven contact centre environment

Desired Experience & Qualification

KEY REQUIREMENTS (CRITICAL)

• Fluent German verbal and written
• All assessments must be completed in German (NO AI tools allowed)
• Minimum 200–250 words per written assessment
• South African ID or Permanent Residency required
• Based in South Africa, must live in SA
• Excellent computer literacy and technical skills
• Flexible to work 24/7 rotational shifts
• No criminal record
• Previous customer service experience (advantageous)

 

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Fibre or fixed line internet (minimum 20 Mbps up/down)
• NO wireless connections allowed
• UPS required for load shedding / outages
• Stable home working environment

Package & Remuneration

R200 000 PA CTC

• Medical aid: Company paid after probation
• Incentives: Up to R2,000 per month (post probation)
