About Our Client

Our client operates a consultancy and global media platform working at the intersection of sustainability, fashion and global change. Their work includes sustainability campaigns, investigative journalism and global initiatives such as a major fashion sustainability awards programme, reaching a global audience of over 270K people.

Alongside the media platform, they run a purpose-led communications consultancy that works with organisations, brands and leaders focused on positive change. Together, the businesses combine strategic communications expertise with storytelling and editorial influence.

The Role: Creative Designer

This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the visual output across editorial platforms, campaigns and client work. The Creative Designer will translate complex sustainability and purpose-driven narratives into engaging visual content across digital, print and event channels. The role supports both editorial and consultancy projects, creating visually impactful assets that communicate stories clearly and effectively across multiple platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage a minimum of 4 years’ graphic design experience to produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print outputs

  • Design visual assets for social media, campaigns, web, email and events while maintaining brand consistency

  • Create engaging content for social channels and consultancy clients that communicates innovation and storytelling effectively

  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and X

  • Edit high-quality video content including reels and short-form clips

  • Design sales and pitch materials including pitch decks, one-pagers and whitepaper graphics

  • Collaborate with clients to translate brand vision into distinctive social-first creative

  • Contribute proactive creative ideas that support the evolution of visual identity and storytelling

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

About You

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, art direction and video editing

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Confident video editing experience producing social-first content across multiple platforms

  • Motion graphics capability with experience creating animated assets for social campaigns

  • Strong understanding of what makes visual assets engaging and attention-grabbing

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight turnarounds

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Passion for sustainability, fashion and purpose-driven storytelling

  • Knowledge of newsletter design

  • Experience working within sustainability

  • Understanding of sustainable fashion, environmental and social issues
