Duties & Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Development
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Produce high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Adapt and optimise designs for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other marketing channels.
- Design and prepare print-ready materials when required.
Brand Management
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity, tone, and messaging.
- Maintain and update brand asset libraries, including templates, logos, fonts, and visual resources.
- Recommend improvements to design processes and visual presentation to enhance brand consistency and impact.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with management and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Attend regular virtual meetings to discuss projects, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors when necessary.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prioritise tasks based on business needs and urgency.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines.
Technical & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare final design files for digital and print use, including resizing, formatting, and exporting.
- Maintain organised files, folders, and documentation for all design projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design.
