Introduction

Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (South Africa-based)
Work Hours: 05:00 – 13:00 SAST (shift times may vary depending on client requirements)
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Salary: R25,000 per month (non-negotiable)

Position Overview:

Our client is an international online education provider delivering digital learning programs across multiple global markets. They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support their marketing team in producing high-quality visual content across several education brands.

This role will focus on designing marketing materials, course brochures, social media assets, advertising creatives, and packaging while maintaining strong brand consistency across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create engaging visual materials for both digital and print channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identity across multiple education brands
  • Design marketing collateral including course brochures and promotional materials
  • Create social media graphics and paid advertising creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube
  • Assist with course launch materials including certificates and student-facing assets
  • Design packaging and print-ready artwork for course kits
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance visual materials and campaigns
  • Maintain organised design files, templates, and brand assets
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats
  • Strong skills in typography, layout design, and branding
  • Experience creating marketing assets for social media and digital advertising
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
