We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help our mission in impacting more students. Compensation will consist of salary, equity, and benefits.


Location: Remote (USA)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Reports To: CRO
Department: Marketing

Candidate must live in one of the following states: CA, FL, IN, NC, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.


Your Daily Adventures

The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for owning and scaling Skill Struck’s lead generation and outbound pipeline. You will design and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve website and funnel performance, and partner closely with Sales to drive qualified opportunities.


You will lead:

  • Lead generation across inbound and outbound channels
  • HubSpot workflows, scoring, and lifecycle optimization
  • Website improvements and conversion optimization
  • Multi-touch outbound campaigns and state-targeted outreach
  • Digital ad experiments to improve CAC and lead quality
  • Customer advocacy content such as case studies and on-site videos
  • Working with design to manage content requests
  • Thought leadership initiatives


Your Qualities & Experience

  • 2+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B lead-gen experience
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, scoring, dashboards, reporting)
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns and digital ads
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate funnel metrics and improve performance
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Purpose-driven, self-motivated, and tenacious
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Enjoy experimentation and data-driven iteration
