Overview

Job Summary:  Maintain employee’s personnel records.  Provide support for administrative and store personnel.

 

This is not a remote opportunity and will be located in our Gouverneur, NY offices.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Maintain complete confidentiality of personnel information at all times.
  • Maintain employee personnel records and ensure accuracy.
  • Track all necessary paperwork to comply with federal and state laws.
  • Understand and utilize ICIMs effectively as our ATS and Onboarding tool.
  • Enter new employee information into Cloud suite system, enter salary changes and any changes in status, location, FTE and address.
  • Track and record employee performance review documents.
  • Responsible for verifying employment using E-Verify program.
  • Responsible for ensuring we have all required documents for employees based on position (Drug Test, background checks).
  • Responsible for reporting new hires each week to any applicable State Agency.
  • Assist with EEO annual reporting.
  • Responsible for ordering and distributing name badges in a timely fashion
  • Assist in orientation for new employees.
  • Responsible for compiling reports for other departments as requested.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Business Administration

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

 

$18.50-19.22 per hour

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
