Position Overview

We’re seeking an organized and approachable HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on support across all HR functions — from recruiting and onboarding to benefits and employee engagement — and serves as the first line of HR contact for employees and supervisors.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience and help strengthen HR operations as the company continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to develop into a generalist-level role and gain exposure to both domestic and global HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, providing timely and professional support.

  • Manage recruiting coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens.

  • Lead onboarding logistics and Day 1 orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications.

  • Maintain HR documentation, SharePoint content, and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Partner with leaders to track completion of HR initiatives and training requirements.

  • Co-lead the Culture and Events Committee, coordinate employee recognition programs, and support engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports such as headcount, new hire, and turnover data.

  • Assist with special HR projects and continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a coordinator or generalist capacity.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, onboarding, benefits, and HR compliance fundamentals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
